Responsibilities: • To provide a welcoming, courteous and polite
reception to all visitors at the main point of entry and ensuring the
area is tidy and well presented at all times. • Receiving and
diverting phone calls • Managing reception area, meeting rooms and
meeting room set up • Responsible for oragnising taxis, couriers and
car park spaces • Providing general administration support •
Ensure facilities in the office is run effectively and report any
noticeable issues • Maintain log of visitor cards and access cards
• Provide assistance at board meetings • Manage catering •
Maintain stock of stationary Requirements 2 - 3 years experience in a
similar role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •
